Very smooth process, in and out with a prescription to remedy my illness.  Great staff

I’m from out of town, and didn’t know that I could schedule. I just walked in. A number of people came in right after me, and they all had appointments. Waited about 1.5 hours. Other than that, I was pleased with the care.

I’d been suffering with acute allergies. Got in promptly after scheduling an online appointment. Stairs was very helpful and professional.

I have been there previously, but this visit was the most smooth and efficient.

Went shortly after opening but there was an hour and a half wait for walk ins. Didn't want to cough on everyone in the lobby for 90 min, so I made an appointment for early afternoon (since when do you make an appointment for URGENT care?!?). I arrived 10 min before my appointment and I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally saw the provider after waiting more than an HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME!!! Why even make an appointment?!? Anyway, when I did see the provider she was nice, but obviously in a big rush. I don't think she was in the room for 2 minutes before she was off to the next patient. I got the prescriptions I needed and they are working so the final outcome was good, however, the scheduling and waiting was AWFUL. I can't recommend if your condition is really URGENT.

I really like Dr. Jones.  She was thorough and covered all my issues.

I was put into an exam room and told it will be a couple minutes because there were people in front of me, however I waited there for 45 minutes with a high fever, chills, head pressure etc. I then came out of the room to ask where the restroom was and then got asked by the doctor if I was waiting on a virtual exam to which I said no and then she came in not 5 minutes later and finished prescribing me within minutes, that was all I needed. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.

Just had my ear flushed. Everyone was friendly. Nice and handy.

It was easy to set up my appt online. And there were several appts available for me to choose from. The NP was friendly and attentive.  Sent me the medications to my pharmacy for me to pick up later on.  I would recommend the Provider to others.

It was easy to book an appointment the same day so my wait time was reduced. The receptionist, Nurse & Nurse Practitioner were all kind & professional.
