It was fine. Preferably I’d like to wait less but it’s understandable with only one practitioner.

The biggest problem is when you make an appointment and are not seen by someone for 55 minutes      Why have an appointment?   I understand that people walk in, but they should not have priority, which may have occurred  Waiting is normal, but that was ridiculous

Very clean office. Friendly professional staff. Seen immediately. Providers were very proficient.

I was able to get in same day, (I walked in and was given a later appointment time). not much wait at all after returning as scheduled.  Place is modern and immaculate. Staff were great, and my issue resolved professionally and with great care.

The PA and the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. I was very pleased with my treatment. Scheduling the appointment on line was easier than I thought it would be, and check-in was a breeze.

Had a three hour wait. Overheard several patients had 1-2 wait times WITH appts. Several patients asked for directions to alternate health care facilities and left. Apparently only one provider on staff.

They were busy and managed to get us in.  We had to wait quite a while, but got out in time to buy the prescription at the pharmacy.  The nurse practitioner appeared to be very competent, had a good bedside manner, explained what she thought was going on with my full body rash.  She also gave us some advice about other things we could do to help with the itching.  She answered all our questions.  We would recommend this provider.

I came in for my appointment time, waited only ten minutes, was examined, c rayed, radiologist read the x ray and we had a treatment plan very promptly staff was better than excellent!  Gave me copies of the x rays on both paper and cd!  Couldn’t be more pleased with diagnosing and treatment plan by all. Just outstanding!

The website for registration was a bit challenging but I managed to get through it. Everything else was great.

site adervertises walk in but you better call for an appointment. came in right after opening was told to come back at 11. was seen at 1230. im really not complaining. they did seem to be very busy. was glad to be seen same day. staff was very good so no complaints . Much easier to be seen here than at my regular doctor
