came in because I had a sore throat, runny nose, and a bad cough that was keeping me up at night. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit. The provider came across as sleepy, dismissive, and rude. I explained how uncomfortable I was and that the coughing and drainage had kept me up all night, but I was simply told to take over-the-counter medication such as Tylenol. I took time away from work and paid a $30 copay because I was looking for medical evaluation and treatment for my symptoms, not to feel dismissed. I understand that a prescription may not always be medically necessary, but I expected the provider to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment options, and treat me with respect. I left feeling unheard and extremely dissatisfied with the service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

5:00 pm Saturday evening, I had a situation.  Medical help not available except at this clinic which closes at 6: pm.  They let us in and then they in processed me.  I waited about 30 minutes, when they called me.  I waited in a treatment room for about 30 minutes. The doctor came and treated me.  5 minutes later I was out door.  Feeling great. The medical team stayed about an hour late in order to treat me!

Wouldn’t recommend the Doctor here . He rushed and I couldn’t ask any questions regarding my issue and he didn’t allow you to asked any question.

The staff were professional and nice. Also, the Doctor provided excellent care, very informative with  medication prescribed and treatment. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone.

Next Care urgent care front desk representative was courteous, professional, and helpful. The service was fast, and my child was treated with respect and understanding by the Physicians Assistant. She was kind and caring and made the children laugh and enjoy the visit.    Pricing was better than other urgent cares facilities I called and inquired at, and the service was fast despite being same day appointment.  Other urgent cares were over $80 for a school physical, and had longer wait for an appointment. Next Care urgent care was $35 and they were able to get me in a same day appt. I was very happy with the speed and quality of service. I recommend this location

Easy to schedule, quick to get in to. Nice staff. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was terrible and rude!  My father who has an injured foot and lung issues had to go up to her desk with his oxygen and everything just bc she refused to let me help him!  She interrupted me mid sentence and said “let me talk” The nurse and the Dr were great but the receptionist was the worst!  She was rude to everyone coming in besides us as well.

The nurse wrote down the wrong pharmacy. Wrote down Walmart instead of Walgreens and had to wait until the next day to get it corrected. The provider that saw me for my itchy eyes didn’t even get close enough to look at them. She stayed 3 feet away from me. Thought she might put some gloves on and at least look at them. Disappointed in the visit. On the plus side, everyone was friendly.

I had to renew my med card for CDL made online appointment, in and out in an hour, everyone was nice, quick and easy.
