When I arrived, there was clearly a lot of people in waiting room, but my app told me it would be 15 minutes from the time I filled out the paperwork to when I would be seen, upon sitting there for about 35 minutes and calling another place that had no waiting. I challenged the girl at the desk and found out it would be well over two hours, then I could not get to her to let her know I was leaving because of the back up at the desk.

He did a last-minute appointment to check on the skin irritation, and the team was very helpful and easy to check in and be seen within an hours time. Definitely would recommend ! Very helpful for family coming from out of town.

Woke up not feeling great, was able to get in same day. The front desk lady and the actual doctor were extremely nice and welcoming. I felt like a bit of a burden to the nurse that brought me back.

Scheduling and checking in were easy. I think this issues lies with who is on staff when you go in. I have been to this urgent care several times and seen several different staff members. The etiquette gives you whiplash. There are some really nice people who work here and then there are some who act like doing their job is beneath them and you being there is a problem for them.

I booked an appointment over the phone. I was able to get in within an hour. The only doctor was about to leave for the day, but he was the only one that could perform the procedure of my my ingrown toenail. He waited an hour and performed the procedure. I just got home and am so greatful. He saved me a lot of pain by staying for me.

lady that took me in for care was completely unprofessional and rude and made my injury worse. I was in pain the whole time and walked out feeling worse. Never coming back here. Suggested a pedicure for treatment

The provider didn’t listen to my concerns. She just said well it isn’t that. Did not ask any questions or for further explanation. Poor provider quality.

The nurses were great, professional, and friendly. The doctor/attending physician, not so much. She was incredibly arrogant, a poor listener, and a joke.

I scheduled an appt online for 1:30. I checked in at 1:15 . I waited 45 min to be called back. The nurse checked all my vitals and told me there were a couple people ahead of me. The nurse was very nice. I waited another 45 min for the Dr to come in. I spent a total of 1.5 hours waiting. The nurse did tell me they were short staffed. The dr was very nice also. She checked out my heart and lungs because my main concern was that I had something respitory going on. I was happy that was not the case. The staff was great but the wait time was terrible considering I made an appointment.
