The nurse wrote down the wrong pharmacy. Wrote down Walmart instead of Walgreens and had to wait until the next day to get it corrected. The provider that saw me for my itchy eyes didn’t even get close enough to look at them. She stayed 3 feet away from me. Thought she might put some gloves on and at least look at them. Disappointed in the visit. On the plus side, everyone was friendly.

Not very thorough no paperwork to follow up  just said it was viral and to take otc meds! Now I have been sick over a week! Missed 3 days of work. Dr of Np paid 75& for a copay for a half ass exam . She was literally in my room for 3 min total. Way too expensive for nothing!

They could have told me at the front desk or when I first talk to nurse that they couldn't help me. I can refer myself to an orthopedic. I told them exactly what I needed when I walked in. I better not be charged for more than my initial copay. They did nothing

Actually all was good with the exception of the he check in person.  Dry mundane unattentive, with no compassion or sense of urgency or give a damn.

I called to ask if they did the Epley exercise for dizziness and they front desk asked someone and they said yes.. great. Got there only had to wait maybe 10 mins. But when i was called in the dr told me she wasn’t familiar with it. I said i called and was told you could do it. So basically they did nothing for me but waste me time and I’m definitely not paying because i wasn’t treated..

Check-in was very easy and I was quickly greeted at the front desk. Once I was back in the room there was a small wait but only about 15 minutes, the room was just very hot. Both people I talked with were incredibly helpful and understanding. Very pleased with my visit.
