Nextcare Urgent Care, Arvada Work Comp Follow up

Dr. Gomer, Kelly, and the entire staff have been outstanding getting me through a workers comp incident where I received a serious concussion and whiplash. I’m only sad that I have no more appointments, because I really love my experience with this NextCare.

I had a work related accident that required stitches, my coworker drove me to urgent care, I just walked in and was greeted with friendly receptionists, they were really busy that day but I was still able to get in. I got 18 stitches on the outside not sure how many on the inside but the care I received was beyond amazing thank you Dr. Schreiber-Custer and Ray I would give you both 10 ⭐'s but there is only five : )

Love the new office and I love Dr. Gomer. He is friendly and kind, he genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. I would recommend him to everyone!

Everything went well on my doctor appointment today. I Feel as if I didn't spend no time at the office compared to all how everything went thru.

I’ve felt very comfortable and taken care of by the staff. Dr. Gomer’s level of care and amount of time he has taken with me on every visit has helped me profoundly. I recommend this UC 100%.

I cannot believe how amazing Dr gomer was by far the best experience and expert care I've received at a urgent clinic this one being next Care on Colfax and wads!

Unfortunately the front desk staff (white heavier set older female with brown hair pony tail) is rude and lied about my appointment time and then was caught on another lie by her younger co-worker when she checked my appointment was correct. She also forced me to sign stuff when I am a worker's comp patient and I am not supposed to sign anything per my job. She keeps my signature and folds the paper and pockets it.

Horrible experience at check in, lied to about the doctor I was going to see, ended up getting a student. Not professional at all.  Front desk staff is mean.
