My experience here was very poor. I barely was able to drive myself to get seen and cared for either COVID or Flu. After the test, the technician informed me that I had the Flu. I was offered no medication despite having massive chills, body aches, fever, and congestion. For a day and a half after the visit, I suffered with full blown symptoms. I wish I had a choice of providers that accepted my insurance plan because this clinic does not provide standardized care. Again, I was not provided any medication and suffered with symptoms for days later.

No one wants to go to Urgent Care for any reason. I came really needing to be seen for a respiratory infection. They were quick to get me in, friendly, quick to care for me, and made me feel confident in my care. Corey, Darlana, and Heather were great taking care of me.

Was in a lot of pain from my ear, presented with elevated temperature, chills, and severe ear pain. Waited in waiting room for over 30 minutes despite being the only patient. Once brought back, I was processed and seen in under 5 minutes. Majority of that 5 minutes was with the nurse who took my temp and waiting for the doctor. When the doctor did come in, she confirmed ear pain and which ear, looked at my good ear, looked at my bad one, and out ear infection you’ll get drops. And opened the door and started walking out. I said is that it? Yup, where do you want the medicine to go to? Uh…. What? I am in a lot of pain… turns out I landed in the emergency room with the same ear pain needing to be given steroids, fever reducers, and oral medicine to fight the infection. I am truly disappointed in the effectiveness of this location and the staff. It serves me right for going to a convenient location and trusting they would do their job.
