I called to schedule an appointment over the phone.  The staff was considerate and easy to work with; the check-in process was easy as well; Staff was customer friendly and assisted me quickly; and, the care was quick, easy and courteous.

Cut my finger and had to go in to see if I needed stitches. Was asked if I had an appointment, explained my situation and got right in. Staff was friendly and efficient.  Great care

I’ve been sick all week with chills, fevers. and breathing problems. It’s Saturday and my symptoms have not eased up.  I paid almost $300 for the visit for nothing Since the flu test came out negative, I was told to buy over the counter meds and to go to the hospital if I get worse. This was a waste of money. Now. I can’t afford to go to the hospital. It feels like I have pneumonia. I thought they would take chest X-rays to rule it out.

It took like 2 hours to be seen for something simple, and with an appointment. The provider was great, explained everything but the rest of staff was just ok.

All was good except for wait time. I had an appointment scheduled and really don’t know why if I would be treated like a walk-in anyway It was at least 20 minutes before someone returned to the front desk. Then, she was on the phone for another 10 to 15 minutes before she acknowledged me. I was almost at the point of walking out and going to another Urgent Care. Once  I was actually checked in with the front desk, everything else went seamless.

"Meh" Ratings: Wait time: I made the first appointment of the day and was first in the office but was not the first one seen. Quality of care: no X-ray tech in today so I got to waste 90 minutes going elsewhere. Still haven't gotten results. The PA did well, though. No complaints about the staff who did assist me. Other issue: I was sent a generic link to access my records / results -- told to select Login. There is no Login option except to bill pay. Poor coordination.

Service was quick and efficient. Kind staff. Very thorough. Would recommend.

The scheduling was very easy to do and for me who was out of state was kind of confusing I thought that you could go anywhere and use your insurance no matter what kind of insurance you have. But I found out the only place I could go and use my out of state insurance was the emergency room. The Staff was amazing and the care was good. The only thing I had issues with is being taken back to a room and left for almost 2 1/2 hours before seeing the doctor. But , overall it went pretty good.

Had some lower abdominal pain for a few days now. Popped on the website and scheduled a visit. Went well and always easy spot to get taken care of

Everything went well. This is a nice facility and great staff!
