Woke up with a sore throat and decided last minute to go to Urgent Care. The ease of appointment was wonderful and was seen immediately. Great staff and Physician.

The provider wouldn't provide a shot of Toradall, his reason was he thought I had a rare disorder that I had never heard of. I was in severe pain from an steroid injection. When I asked if anyone had ever had this rare disorder he said only one person. He said the Toradall was only high dose of Adville. I honestly couldn't believe he told me no to a shot of Adville over some rare illness that only one person had contracted. I had previously had really good experience with this cafe facility.

the staff were very friendly and kind. i didn’t feel uncomfortable in the slightest like i would in other places. and the wait time was quick. i was in and out like that.

I found the doctor to be very rude. She was very condescending and judgmental. My overall experience was horrible.

I went in with a persistent cough. Saw a provider who sent me to an imaging center for a chest x-ray.  I saw the x-ray later that day, called the urgent care to discuss and then didn’t hear from anyone until 3 days later after I called several times and insisted on a callback.  Then, finally got a diagnosis (pneumonia), and the provider assured me I’d get my antibiotics that evening, then didn’t even send it in to my pharmacy. I had to call again for the 6th time to have someone send in the order.  I’m 5 days out from the initial appointment and still waiting to get antibiotics for PNEUMONIA.  Honestly, I’ve always had pretty good experiences at this office, but this one has me so frustrated and angry that I may have to find another location.

The nurse and doctor were utterly apathetic about their jobs and made it clear that helping me was of no interest to them (including not offering an iota of concern or sympathy). The doctor made it clear he was too good to be working at an urgent care are or in AZ at all. After doing no exam, he sent me to the ER (where I was met with kindness and empathy). I wouldn’t recommend this NextCare (or any really, if their hiring/employment practices lead to such underwhelming personnel)

Way too expensive for nothing. I received almost no info or help and just a referral to go somewhere else. $330 for maybe 5 sentences
