I made appointment and even filed out forms. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment time as I was told two. There were two people in waiting room that went in before me. About ten minutes past my appointment time I was finally brought  to triage then shown my room. I waited another hour before the nurse came in.   If I was a walk in and more people in waiting room I can understand the wait but I scheduled the appointment so I won’t have to wait long!!!! Either schedule or more nurse/doctors need to hired!!! It was a very frustrating experience, the nurse became very defensive when I looked at my watch and mentioned over an hour wait.

Went in for extreme pain in my knee. Told it was a severe strain or ligament, was told I needed a knee brace and they would provide but the only one they had was a medium so sent me on my way with no wrap, info on brace, nothing. I guess I will figure it out myself. Glad I paid $60 for no help. For sickness this is a great place, for injuries they are completely useless
