I was unable to schedule an appointment over the phone, unable to schedule an appointment online, waited 2 1/2 hours and was told she needed to go to ER

This was my third visit to Prescott NextCare. Each time, the result has been the same. Always a professional , friendly  staff. The pre appointment making online makes the process even better! I have already recommended this facility to friends and co workers.

I knew I had a UTI and did not want to wait to be seen. All staff were patient and professional.

Was in an absolutely awful accident days prior. Provider has 0% interest in looking into the pictures I had down the street. Had 0% interest in hearing my issues. Said they dont treat something like Anxiety at their practice. Would absolutely not recommend this provider.

I made an appt the day before my visit, easy to do. I expected I might wait an hour but thought an hour and a half to get to triage was a bit long. Another 20 minutes fir the provider. 15 min later U had my antibiotics. The app shows scheduled appts. The day was full with 5 walk ins. Unsure how you work them in without bumping appts. Perhaps walk in hours should be the end of the day? If there had been 2 providers there really wouldn't have been a wait time.

The PA offered little to no help for the problems I sought care. She did not listen to my past medical history. And told me there was nothing she could do

It was terrible the first nurse was not nice and they misdiagnosed me so I have to go to someone else because the medicine they prescribed is making it worse.

First visit!  Called to see how long wait time was and reception offered to schedule same day appointment.  In and out in less than 30 minutes.  All staff were friendly and professional.  Highly recommend!

I was a walk in, immediately greeted and scheduled. He was so friendly & courteous. Took all my info, & proceeded to triage. The triage was streamlined, staff once again most professional, gathering all needed medical history in a friendly professional manner. The PA was well informed of my visit needs,  She quickly determined the best course of action. I found she was very knowledgeable and kind. I will not hesitate to return to this clinic for future health care needs. Thank you

I was an early afternoon walk-in and the wait was a bit on the long side, but was about what I expected for an almost full waiting room. Otherwise, the doctor and staff were professional, helpful, and informative. I couldn't have asked for more.
