The staff was nice and did thorough tests, but I had to wait an hour to be seen and once seen, I spent an additional 2 hours there. Also, I would say if a doc says you should rest for a certain number of days, they should give you a note that gets you out of work. Instead, I got "go rest a lot, but you can go back to work." How will I rest, then?

Scheduling an appointment online was easy. I was seen within 5 minutes after arriving. Staff was friendly and the entire building was clean. Once in a room the Doctor came in and treated me. I was there 30 mins. I only come here for my urgent medical needs. Thank yoo NextCare staff!!

The sample collection process felt disorganized. There was no clear or appropriate way to store or label the swab after collection, as it was placed loosely back into the sleeve without sealing or identification. The provider also came across as somewhat abrasive; when I requested trichomoniasis testing, she responded with a shocked tone and asked “why?!", which made me feel as though my request was being questioned or treated as unreasonable. This created an uncomfortable and defensive experience during what I would think should be a fairly routine visit. In contrast, the person who took my vitals was very friendly and helpful. Overall, however, the facility appeared somewhat dirty and run-down. It also appeared that walk-ins were being treated with the same priority as those with appointments, with order of arrival superseding scheduled appointment times.

Ear pain had been bothering me for sometime so I called & made an appointment for the same day. Everyone was pleasant and I found out what I thought was wrong not the case at all. Issues with the new diagnosis is that I need to be careful so as not to have issues with my balance. So the new info was valuable to my welfare.

Quick diagnosis and great bedside manner!  Always my first choice for emergency healthcare

I love that they are one of the only urgent care centers open late. I've gone there at least three times over the past five years and have received consistently good care. I usually show up in a panic about something (and feeling awful, so not always in the best frame of mind) on the weekend or late at night, and they are always so patient with me and take me seriously. I'm so grateful this is an option instead of going to the emergency room--much cheaper! I like being able to schedule online so that I can just show up and not have to wait forever. I highly recommend the Nextcare on Old Spanish Trail!

Loved my NP she was great, gave me great jnformation and was super sweet.

Our triage person was so kind and friendly. I was very nervous but he was so kind and understanding that I felt less nervous. The provider I saw, Jordan, was awesome! I completely trusted him and he was very experienced!

Every encounter from the front desk staff to the medical assistants to the NP was exceptional. The facility is a little dated but the personalities and professionalism of the humans working here are exceptional. If you are sick and need to be treated, go here. You wont regret it!
