First time visiting this urgent care. Was able to schedule a virtual visit for within 20 minutes. Unfortunately my child also needed to be seen in person, which she then was within the hour. I was only billed for one visit. The provider who we saw in person, Anna Stewart, was phenomenal. As was the nurse, who was extremely friendly and patient with my scared daughter. The provider spent a great deal of time with us, coming up with a plan we were both comfortable with. We left more satisfied than I have been at the pediatrician’s office in recent visits.
