Front desk associate was rude. Refused to help me get set up with a primary both times I’ve gone to the urgent care. The doctor or physician didn’t communicate and/or treat me in any way which is normal for them but then she only sent one of the two prescriptions we agreed upon. Don’t understand the urgency to speed thru my appointment when there’s 3-5 patients in the facility. I never write reviews but this experience was porous

Been not feeling good. Went online and scheduled urgent care appointment for 1 1/2 later. Between checkin and out I was there for approximately an hour. Everyone was fantastic. I was grateful to get done and get home. Feeling a 90% better already. Thank you!

No wait and we’re so friendly. Would recommend! I felt heard and taken care of!

I was late for my appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in. All the staff were very professional, caring, accommodating, and competent. The scheduler was understanding of my late situation. The MA was nice and adept. The provider was organized and thorough. Highly recommended facility and personnel; I wish all healthcare are like this.

Started having symptoms in the night. I was able to book an appt right away on line. The staff was very thorough and friendly. I was able to get the care I needed in a timely and attentive manner

I’ve been sick with something for about a week and I go in they were all really nice and helped me and I already feel better.

I went in twice within a weekend and every provider, medical assistant, and staff member behind the counter made me feel at ease and so well taken care of. HOWEVER, the front staff are not kind. They did their jobs, but that's all that can be said.

Went to urgent care for a bad cough that wouldn’t go away. Got checked in without any problems or wait wait period. The doctor came in almost immediately. He was very good. He was friendly, good bedside manner and he knew well. He found out a problem that I didn’t know I had and rather than just giving me some medications he sent me to the ER where my problem was taken care of. I would definitely recommend northern Nevada urgent care.

Everything from scheduling, check in to seeing the nurse practitioner was smooth and easy.

Scheduling was very easy. App is user friendly. Got in right away. Staff was efficient and friendly. The practitioner was professional and competent. The treatment I received was appropriate for my condition. Overall am very pleased with my visit.
