Very professional man checked me in.  Long wait even though I scheduled an appointment.  Literally over an hour with no real emergencies.  Everyone was waiting for lab.  Croton lab is non functional.  Very primitive medical services here.

I was not statisfied with care . I was told to go to ER nearby to get bloodwork and ex-rays done. I thought I could have that done at Optum

Waited for 2 hours to be seen. Doctor was old and appeared as if she didn’t know how to diagnose or help. X-ray taken and was told we’d get a call because nobody was there to read it. It’s now been 36hours later and still no call. This visit was a waste.

I made an appointment and when I went to check in, a staff member told me the wait is two hours. I’m not sure why we are encouraged to make an appointment when every time I go the wait has been over an hour. This place needs more staff or close the doors. It’s mind numbing how horrible the experience is every time. Luckily the AFC urgent care in Yorktown rocks and honors appointments and cares about their patients

Nurse practitioner Laura was thorough and very competent. Good experience at the urgent care.

Booked a same day appt late in the day… was able to get appt for the time I wanted. Very easy to do online. All Staff:  nurses, doctors,  admin are professional and friendly

I scheduled an appt on line, got two texts to confirm and when I arrived at the office there was nothing in computer that showed I had appt. I showed the receptionist my texts and still noting on computer. It wasn’t busy so they let me see a provider but if it was busy, they couldn’t see me as my time was filled by someone else. Not sure what happened

Called for a Covid test appointment. Was told none was necessary. I showed up 10-minutes later and was told no Covid tests for adults were being conducted at that time. The young lady I spoke to said she didn't know when they would be conducting tests for adults; maybe in an hour or two, maybe more. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere.

I booked in advance and filled out all my paper work in advance only to sit there waiting to be seen for 40 minutes extremely sick with COVID. The secretary was so so slow. There were only two people in the entire waiting room and yet it took her a half hour to fill out one person's paperwork. It was nuts! I never saw anything like it! The only shining grace was the doctor who saw me. She had the most amazing bedside manner and was so sweet and compassionate. But the secretary at the front desk was a nightmare.
