Everything was fast and easy. Friendly people and the waiting area was super clean

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received at this urgent care facility. I paid a $60 copay expecting professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness, but unfortunately that was not my experience. The staff I encountered came across as dismissive and uncaring. Healthcare professionals — doctors and nurses alike — are entrusted with people’s health and wellbeing, and compassion should be a basic part of that responsibility. I left feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient. When someone seeks medical care, they are often not feeling their best and deserve to be treated with empathy and respect. Sadly, that standard was lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in patient care and bedside manner moving forward.

Check in was easy and quit. Receptionist was very professional and kind. Provider was patient and listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend

It is a blessing to have this neighborhood facility. It is so convenient and the staff are wonderful. There is never a long wait. Everyone is professional and friendly and helpful. I have gotten excellent care.

Very quick and easy process. The nurse practitioner listened attentively and was very clear and understanding about my needs. Addressed every issue that I was there for. Exceptional service and left feeling that I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend.

Went to urgent care for finger injury.   Check-in process was extremely efficient and front desk staff very friendly.  Place was not busy (no one in waiting room) and PA was sitting in the center area on her computer.   Was seen quickly.  Nurse tech was efficient and friendly.   PA came in and did a couple of tests on the joints of my finger (trying to determine if it might be broken) but said I needed an xray to verify.  However … they couldn’t do it there because the tech had left for the day.  Needless to say I was very frustrated. She said she could send me to another location but I declined.  I don’t understand why there was no tech on site.   At any rate … the nurse tech put a splint on my finger and I left.

I am always pleased with the care I receive from your providers. They are kind, thorough, and have amazing bedside manners. I’m in and out in no time. Keep up the amazing work!! I recommend my friends and family here because of the exceptional care provided.
