Called early in day About what was needed. I was not told you could make an appointment. I literally sat for three hours. The first receptionist very friendly, the second later not friendly or helpful at all. I asked how c many more in front of us. I can’t tell  you. I would not recommend!

Staff was amazing!  The front desk girl is an absolute keeper!   From the girl at the front desk to the health care provider.  I had trouble with my insurance at first but the front desk girl was an absolute trooper getting everything sorted out and went above and beyond!!!! I couldn’t thank her enough and I honestly can’t remember anyone at a health care facility who ever went out their way like she did!   It’s nice to not be treated like an another number or an inconvenience!  Will be coming back here!

From the front desk staff to the nurse to the provider it was a great urgent care experience. The front desk staff member took it upon herself to call my insurance company herself to resolve an issue I was experiencing with my insurance. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing from Online Check in to checking out. The CSR Brandy was great, MA Jenn was efficient and NP Maddie was understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate the ease of the scheduling online. I was in, out and home within an hour.

Staff was friendly- got me in quickly without appointment . The Nurse practitioner was compassionate and didn't try to rush me in and out- would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! Great treatment and very nice staff. 23 minutes after a shot and I’m starting to feel better!
