Called ahead of time to ask if they'd be able to help me. After a 2 hour wait, they took my vitals before kindly letting me know they would have never been able to help me. Very kind and polite staff but wasting my time was very unappreciated.

I walked in, check-in was quick and easy. Waited approximately 30 minutes before going into a room and having my vitals checked. Waited another 20 min before the  doctor came in and evaluated my condition that resulted in a diagnosis and treatment plan. Then waited approximately another half hour before the tech came in to give me the paperwork and release me. The staff was very professional and nice!

Was seen quickly, was not busy. Very clean and quiet atmosphere, the nurses and front desk staff could work on their bedside manner but our Provider was warm and friendly and very helpful. We were diagnosed and out with a plan very quickly. Appreciate the service overall.

Woke up yesterday morning feel .... tired, sore throat, headache , cold and went to urgent care and the staff was wonderful...... They were so sweet and nice to me..... I would recommend them over and over again.... received excellent care..... received my meds and was in there less than a hour.  Great place to come . I rate them a 10 stars

I thought I was booking an appointment but the service rep told me that was for information only. So I had to sit for 1 hour before I was seen. Please make that clear when you go online to book at time that is not your a time. Other than that everything was great!
