New Patient. Walked in with flu symptoms. Checked in just before 7 pm. Triage, nurse assessment and MD seen in a timely manner. They transmitted RX to pharmacy (only one open in area-so I was a new patient there too). Was on the way home from pharmacy at 904pm. Great experience. I will use them again.

There is nothing IMMEDIATE about this place. I walked in for a COVID test after being td by my Emory provider I could get one here, and they told me, with a perfectly straight face, it would be SIX HOURS. There were 4 people in the waiting room, and apparently these people were sick and had to sit there, SICK, for SIX HOURS! Never again. If they had no one in there and were standing outside waiting to escort me inside I would not go back there. Obviously, they have a problem, and given the other reviews I've seen, I hope they are suffering financially. I think once Emory figures out what is going on they'll stop getting those referrals as well.
