This is the 1st time that we've ever waited for almost 2hrs to be seen at this location. I've never experienced such a long wait.

Dr. Rose was professional, quick, attenative and kind. Dr. Rose made up for the long with the long time with her great bedside manner. I defintely recommend Dr. Rose.

I was disappointed with our visit and won’t be returning. We waited over an hour in a lobby that had visible trash on the floor, including used tissues, exactly the kind of thing a toddler will try to pick up. The nurse practitioner quickly diagnosed an infection and prescribed antibiotics, despite my hesitation. A second opinion from a physician the next day confirmed it was actually an allergy and that antibiotics were unnecessary. At checkout, the staff member was difficult to understand, and what I was told would be a $55 charge ended up being $155 charged to my card. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of care and the overall experience.

I showed up at my appointment time and there were 8 people in front of me even though I booked within the first hour of opening. They accept too many appointments and make you wait forever. I wasn’t seen until 90 minutes post appointment time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, but the way the establishment is run is abysmal.

My toddler was criying she did not feel well and i find this urgent care and was fast and easy to book online and i did not wait a long time just about 20 minutes staff was friendly and the doctor was very good and professional i recomend this place a 100%

They were packed but did what they could. Quality of care was wonderful and Candace was so helpful and kept checking on us while we waited.

The staff is always friendly.We really feel like family in there. Always looking out for my children.
