I brought my sonto your clinic, today, 11/27. I do not recall the name of the PA that he saw, however, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the care he provided. It wasn't so much that an urgent care clinic was out of rapid strep tests, which is crazy, but his cocky and belittling comments. Apparently, he doesn't realize that the walls and doors of the clinic are not soundproof, but someone should inform him as many of his comments were heard. "She wants the test. Not sure why." "My judgement is better than the test." "I am the test." "I wouldn't get the test if if was my kid." First of all, it's not your kid. You have never seen him before and looked at his throat when he's had strep in the past. I,on the other hand, have and know that he's never had white spots on his tonsils when he's had strep. I know he doesn't run a fever with strep- EVER! But I'm glad your PA knows so much more about MY child that he spent all of 2 minutes examining than I do. I simply hate that we went out of the way to come to PH today.

I was told the wait time would be an hour and a half and waited 3 hours. Several patients were called ahead of me, who came in and registered after me, and we were all there for a Covid test. The proper paper work was not submitted with my covid specimen. The lab in Atlanta called and asked where I had gotten my test done. This delayed the test results. Perfect Health does not answer the phone or return calls. I still don't have my results after 4 days. Bathroom sink faucet was hanging loose in the sink.The staff was very friendly with the exception of the receptionist. I think she has too many responsibilities to handle all at the same time. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Never have issues when we come here. Teresa at the front desk took 50 minutes before she even gave back our insurance card. Absolutely stupid to have to wait this long. The man at the desk always gets us right in. As soon as she’s done with patients they go right back so it’s obvious she doesn’t know what she is doing.

I called an in the morning and scheduled an appointment for a rapid covid test. I was told to arrive and park in the designated space and call them to let them know I was here. It took me 15-20 minutes of repeat calling and leaving messages to get ahold of anyone on the phone. 30 minutes after my appointment time someone finally brought me a clip board and a document to complete which took only a few minutes. I waited and no one came back so I called again, they told me they were getting busy inside and they would get to me when they could. By then I had watched several people walk out of the facility but only two enter so that was confusing, plus I was under the impression I had an appointment. 45 minutes after my appointment time no one had come back to get my paperwork so I took it inside myself and she told me to go back to my car. 60 minutes after my appointment time I went back inside and told them it didn't make sense that people who arrived after me were no longer in the waiting room and were being seen before me when I had an appointment and I was there for a "rapid test". She then informed me I was going to be seen by a provider which I was told on the phone I would not have to be seen by a provider. During one of my stents outside I listened to staff talk about their coworkers and how one of them is cheating on her husband and planning to wreck their car on purpose to get the insurance money so they can buy a new one...if they have time to talk crap outside they could be sticking a swab up my nose for 10 seconds at the same time. 75 minutes after my appointment time had passed I went back inside and asked for my insurance card back and told them I no longer wanted to be seen, everyone who arrived after me was no longer in the waiting room by that time. That facility is a disgrace! take your business somewhere that you will be respected for your time. I better not get a charge to my insurance for wasting my time, but I would not put it past them to fraud insurance the things I heard those nurses saying about the other ladies that work there!
