Had injury to finger that needed stitches. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Most friendly and efficient service I have ever had. Have already recommended to several people.

Appointment was made online- check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, courteous & the wait time was short. I was being seen for excessive wheezing & coughing. Dr. Youst was prompt for my appointment & upon examination, a flu test & chest X-Ray were done to rule out flu & pneumonia. The tests were negative, however, I was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis and was treated accordingly. I highly recommend Premier Health Urgent Care Centerville for your health care needs. I will definitely use this facility again, as needed.

I am going through a very difficult time in my personal life right now. I am not sure if he was a physician or PA but the gentleman that took care of me was so sincere and understanding. He has no idea how much listening to me and the compassion he showed me helped me. He made me believe there are still good people in this world.

I was seen and they did some testing, but there was no further care afterwards. They said they would reach out regarding medication and never did.

Dr Townsend Smith was, as usual, wonderful to work with. He does a fabulous job with the injections and connects well with his patients. He is my favorite doctor of all time!!

Very good service and friendly employees but I still feel really bad. Can hardly eat at all, haven’t felt this bad before. Hope something kicks in soon. Received results of blood work and it is ok.

I walked in with an eye injury. To start, I was treated by the doctor as if I were stupid to not go to the ER. He claimed that he couldn't treat eye injuries there even though the nurse during entry told me they did. I told him that I still had something in my eye. He looked into my eye and was overly confident that there was nothing left in there even though I told him I could feel it moving around. He told me that my cornea was scratched and that there was absolutely nothing left in my eye. He said that I was wrong and the pain that I was feeling moving back and forth on the back of my eye was nerve pain..smh The doctor left the room for about two minutes. While he was gone I was blotting my eye with a tissue and was able to remove the debris. Even after the doctor saw the debris in the tissue after he returned he still would not admit it came from my eye. The debris was a piece of stick from the woods (organic). After I removed the debris I felt instant relief. He asked me how previous doctors treated my eye injuries. I told him that every time it has been organic they have prescribed me anti-fungal drops, numbing drops, and dialation drops. He said that I again was wrong and that nobody ever prescribed me those even though I still have the old bottles at the house. Instead of arguing, I again let that go. He said he had 26 of experience and he knew how to treat eye injuries. At that point in time I knew he was not going to be much help. Not because he disagreed about my previous medical treatment but because it was the second time I, pretty much, got called a liar when he asked me a question about treating me. He prescribed me anti-biotics for my eye and sent me out the door. The doctor obviously has a serious problem of listening to his patients. This is definitely the last time I will go to that facility and I will make sure that everyone I talk to about my eye injury makes sure to not attend this provider. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with him on a daily basis.

The receptionist didn't say much and the medical assistant didn't listen to me. The PA was good, but rushed.
