Booked at one location near my house, arrived at my appt time and doctor was not there. Had to drive additional 15 minutes to further location. Results took over a week to get back. I called to confirm they received them which they did however, they would not give me the results over the phone or by email. Said I had to wait 4 more days for a follow up visit. Complete waste of time and money. Most places offer 24hr turn around on results. Unacceptable and poor practice to treat your patients this way.
