What patients are saying...

My appointment was at 3:45pm and one man in the waiting room said he had a 3:00pm appointment and said he was waiting for over 45 minutes and there was only one person called before him. I was called in close to 4:30pm.  Once I got in the room everything went quickly. Also, FYI you can hear the private conversation between patient and Nurse/Dr. when using the first room in the corner and I could hear personal conversation among the staff beyond the front desk. Suggestion to use “white noise” to drown it out or turn up the music.

I went to urgent care because of my ear pain that was quickly increasing in discomfort. I scheduled an online appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes before the appointment then I checked in online. After about ten minutes they were calling me in to be seen. The staff were kind and attentive to my needs. The attending PA took their time with explaining her treatment recommendations. She allowed me time to ask questions. I would recommend this provider again. Thank you for great service.

I was a literal walk-in during the final hour and twenty minutes of business. Reception indicated that I could be seen if I were willing to wait. I was seen within a very reasonable time and my visit needs were met within minutes. Staff was kind and empathetic. I would definitely come again for urgent care needs.

I didn’t get a lot of information about my situation. With that said, my condition is getting better with the prescription I was given. I am happy about that.
