I went in for severe soar throat so bad that I am waking up every hour at night in tears and I got no help all they did was take a few test and send me on my way and I am still currently in agonizing pain so that is how my appointment went

Everything I input online to ease the in person paperwork was useless as they asked all the same questions. Booking an appointment was a complete waste of time as they were an hour behind allowing walk ins into the line. I could barely understand the provider with his accent during my 3 min visit. Terrible experience. I will never go back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really positive experience at Priority Urgent Care in Westfield. I’ve been to urgent care clinics before where I felt brushed off, so I came in feeling stressed and honestly expecting the same—but this visit was completely different. The physician actually listened to me and took my symptoms seriously. She didn’t rush me or dismiss what I was experiencing, which made a huge difference. I was given an inhaler that helped me finally breathe better, along with medication to reduce my symptoms. I left feeling much more confident and relieved compared to when I walked in. It’s such a good feeling to be heard and properly treated, especially when you’re not feeling well. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you.

Had chest congestion for about a week. Decided to go to Urgent care to see if it was just a cold or something else. Friendly staf and no wait time. Took chest x-ray and it was Bronchitis. They were checking with a Radiologist to make sure it wasn't Pneumonia. Called Perscription to Pharmacy. It was a great to feel confident in the level and thorouness of care that was provided
