Walked in, wait time was the only thing I cannot complain about. Text message to go into room one where the room wasn't even prepped, all was still reminent from last patient, floor was filthy and was told to have a seat inside. The medical assistant was totally cold abrupt didn't even do vitals until I asked to actually be seen because I am there and not feeling well but you're asking me if I want to be seen? Why else am I here? Dr Schreiber was no better. Zerrrooo bedside manner. I felt as if I was an annoyance that I was even there to bother him with my ailment (isn't that why you have your title?) These people are a joke and just see you as a number and next... never will I go here again nor recommend anyone. Dr Lozah my primary who was not available at this time puts this man's manners to shame. And takes the time to show he cares. Dr Schreiber should really learn a thing or two but something tells me he gets gratification for making you feel belittled and dismissed as a patient. Yeah, you can see, really horrible experience.

Last two visits were terrible employees were rude besides 2 females not to be racist but no idea how else to explain who they are the two women were black and they’re wonderful! They were very kind fast and they were the nicest people in there the urgent care on victory blvd l. Everyone else had side remarks for no reason at all also they way they handled my autistic son not happy with I kept telling them he’s autistic he won’t open his mouth and let someone too close but the women insisted on forcing his mouth open freaking him out while he’s sick. I kept telling her he’s not going to open especially if she keeps getting to his face. She had side remarks aswell. Sad to say the 2 dark skin women were the highlight of the place the only two that were nice our past two visits with two children.

Disrespectful doctor. Did not give me any medical advice, and said I wasted her time. The nurse and front desk staff was much more professional and welcoming than the doctor I saw. My husband was with me, and saw everything. That doctor can ruin your reputation as an establishment. Make sure the doctors that are hired actually care about helping patients, and not just see them as an easy paycheck. The doctor I speak of did not gave us her name, nor did she have any ID on her. So, all I can do is describe what she looks like: Female, black curly hair with glasses, looks of Latino/Hispanic background. Worked the afternoon of July 19, 2021. She is awful, and unprofessional.

Called ahead of time was told there is no wait time. Went right after a call. Waited an hour and a half to be called in. After we did get called in actually the nurse came fast. She was the only nice thing about our visit. She tested us and left. After another hour and a half of waiting we asked about our tests and they could not find them. So 3 hours later, we left without any results.
