The person at the desk really tried to be helpful but they couldn't see my brother as they no longer take his insurance. This is despite the "welcome all" sign they have outside. Call first!

The worst experience ever, The doctor on call had no idea what she was doing. She suggested that I go to the ER instead of doing her job and checking what was actually wrong with me. Went to a city MD and turned out that I had an infection that could’ve been picked up by the doctor if she would know how to do her job, you should hire people that want to work there and want to do their job not lazy people like that doctor that I had , she was an Indian doctor didn’t even Introduce her self to the patient shows how professional she is .

I went for a covid test although I am vaccinated bc I came back from a domestic flight. The front desk was not friendly but did her job ; the dr and her assistant were on point … waited 15 minutes after scheduled time to be seen but that wasn’t a big deal. I was called to confirm test results were negative … I’m going back in a few days for another test w my husband before seeing our grandchild. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been there a couple times and everytime I'm just told to go to the er. Defeats the whole purpose of having a facility

All staff were professional, respectful and helpful. The doctor and nurse/assistant was very patient and had a great bedside manner; they took time to explain what was going on with my health.

I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there

Oh over the last couple years I’ve been there quite a few times.Front desk and medical staff extremely friendly and I love Dr. Chan she’s friendly caring and professional above all else she is a great Doctor. If I could give her a 10 I would.

Receptionist extremely unfriendly and short but the rest of the experience was great!

The receptionist is always NOT warm and welcoming. It’s like you enter and there’s never a greeting of Goodmorning or Good afternoon...just an unwelcoming “How can I help you?” Never a smile until you reach the back. It’s important to maintain consistency from point of entry to exit. The entry and exit don’t match the level of care at that location...ever. There are lots of unemployed and qualified people that would be more than happy to greet patients with a warm heart and at least an occasional smile.

The staff worker and doctor wear great but the NURSE she did not intrusive herself she was not polite She did not take her vitals the only thing she did was hurt my daughter by forcefully pulling her leg and checking her oxygen levels honestly if they’re was a negative zero rating I would give her a negative 7 starts

I went for an allergy in my arms and the doctor who treated me did not help me at all I asked what I could do, her answers were very poor
Reviewed in
I told them my daughter may need stitches or glue a wound and they made me wait over an hour to tell me they didn’t do stitches and they didn’t have the glue. What a waste of time.

Waited over an hour and a half do be sent home without proper treatment. After asking what I had, I was told: “probably some virus”. Two days later and I still feel terrible.
