I have been using this office for several years when I can't get in to see my primary, and have always received professional and courteous care. Today was no exception; except that the doctor told me he was sending in a prescription to a certain pharmacy and I even confirmed the correct address with him. When I went to pick it up, I was told there was nothing sent in. I tried calling several times but no one picked up, not even an answering service or voicemail so I went back to the office and it was already closed (4:30) when though their posted office hours stated 6pm. This is out of character for them.

The office staff and Dr Islam are always pleasant and professional to deal with. They are very knowledgeable patient and considerate when assisting you.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I came in on Thursday morning with a cut that needed stitches, and the entire team was incredibly attentive, efficient, and kind. I was seen quickly, the doctor did an excellent job stitching everything up, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I returned a few days later to have the stitches removed, and once again the staff was friendly, professional, and timely. The office was clean and well-organized, and everyone I interacted with had great bedside manner. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.
