The physician was very kind and caring. She let me explain several problems to her and gave me solutions. Such a thorough exam . I’ve been to this urgent care several times and just recently had a TeleMed visit always excellent, I’m so glad they are there

I went in because I wasn’t feeling good and omg they are such wonderful and good working doctors and nurses and staff! They treated me so well I was shocked but not shocked for the simple fact everytime i come here for a visit i leave happy and feeling better than i entered!! Thank you Doctor and Thank you nurses your hard work never goes unnoticed especially from the patients!

The examination rooms were clean but the waiting area looked a little messy. The PA was great and staff were nice.

I reserved a time in advance online, which the patient is alerted at that time that it’s not an appointment but a registration. There were a few people ahead of me when I arrived, and I was seen in the order of my arrival. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and bright. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. I felt I had the attention of each person with whom I spoke, and my questions were all answered. It was a very good experience. I will return should I need urgent care in the future.  I would recommend this provider.

It was very easy to schedule an appt in advance. Checked in on-line. Minimal interaction with receptionist, all was done via text.  Doctor was great, listened to my symptoms, diagnosed and prescribed accordingly. Prescription was called in immediately to my pharmacy.  I used this facility previously and always a positive experience. Easy, great location and effective.

Woke up today with a cough and chest pain walked in and was taken care of immediately. Dr Ellie was very informative about my situation and explained in detail the steps and medication I needed to get better. Would definitely recommend this office and Dr.

I had a severe allergic reaction to a new watch. I didn't make an appointment, I just walked in. Prompt MD lived up to their name as I was attended to promptly. The check in took a bit of time as I was a first time user but once that was done everything was very quick. The staff were friendly, kind and knowledge. I'm recovering well thanks to the service I received. I would recommend using their service.
