Staff extremely friendly, helpful & listened to symptoms. Doctor immediately knew a prescription eas needed after holistic approach not working. I can't thank them enough when i had to come in three times to find a pharmacy that carried the prescription my husband needed. Highly recommended to anyone needing to see a doctor immediately.

All of the ladies, from the reception, to the triage nurse to the Doctor were fantastic. I felt that everyone listened, gave me the information needed and were a great help. AND there is an office “therapy” dog there who greeted me & made me feel welcome & relaxed. Very grateful that this Urgent Care is here in my community.

doctor was super nice. lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I was surprised by a $75 charge for my visit when I've never had to pay more than a $30 copay with my insurance. i told her i only had $50 and they felt ok taking it all. not sure how i'm going to afford my prescriptions now. when i suggested they let people know about their billing procedures ahead of time because i've never had to do this before she snottily said "what? pay a copay?" obviously i was expecting the $30 copy, it was the extra $45 that i've never had to pay before and didn't expect.

I understand why so many use quik care. They are more than happy to help you feel better rather than shuffling you around. They are more professional than any of the Barton family workers who refuse you service just because your so called provider is not available. They don't even refer you to someone who is available.
