Booking was easy, had to wait to be seen even though we were not a walk in. The nurse got us back in a room but the provider took a while and then he explained pink eye as as soon as you wipe away the drainage it comes right back which is not 100% accurate he seems dismissive of my concerns.  Was not impressed with care. I myself work in healthcare and I feel care could have been better

This was my second time at this facility. Must say even better than the last and it was good. It was very quick in/out process. Staff super nice and thorough. Scheduled online the night before. In and out in 30 minutes. I’m not sure why tho since I did my paperwork online that I had to repeat a lot of it again. I can understand obtaining signatures but my history was done online. Most of the general stuff was preprinted for me however. Overall super excellent experience!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Just a couple of things. First, it seems as though the waiting room is too small and not enough chairs. Also, I did a bunch of registration online and completion of paperwork and still had to complete duplicate info when I got there. All in all though good job

P.A. Ted took the time to explain how long it takes for severe congestion to turn into a bacterial sinus infection and why an antibiotic wasn't the immediate go-to. The Mucinex-D he recommended (which I'd never heard of bc it's in the Pharmacy) was exactly what I needed. Thank you for taking the extra time to educate patients!
