Everything went well until after I left. There was a mix up on the prescription and no one will answer the phone. So not sure what's going on.

Took my 2 yr old daughter in since she had diarrhea and throwing up for 3 days. The nurse practitioner did not run any tests; or offer any nausea meds. She just told us to go on a clear liquid, no food diet for 24 hours and come back in 2 days if symptoms continue. She gave us no explanation of what could have been wrong. We ended up in the ER that night because my daughter’s symptoms worsened and became extremely lethargic. On the verge of dehydration. We spent 5 hours in the ER, they did a full viral panel and she had adenovirus and was prescribed zofran. They also had to test for dehydration and did blood work.  This could have all been prevented if the nurse practitioner would have just done a simple nose swab that morning and we could have got her on nausea meds. Making us wait and need to seek second opinions putting my daughter through way more than necessary.
