This is my favorite place to get care. The doctors, PAs and staff are friendly and efficient. The exam rooms are clean and the wait time is always short when I use Solv to book an appointment.

I was recommended to go here from a friend and I wanna go back every week. I recently had surgery and can’t drink enough liquids so I went for an IV. The front desk lady, Tai, was SO NICE. Checking in was a breeze and once they called me back nurse Nicole hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Not what I thought I needed, she actually counseled me on which IV/injections would help my symptoms. Once I was hooked up to the IV she asked if I wanted a water AND A WARM BLANKET!! Dimmed the lights, put on soft music. I reclined my chair and literally fell asleep. Never knew an urgent care would be like a spa. If I need an IV or an urgent care again I will be back here that’s for sure.

Quick, easy and comfortable! Staff is always professional and friendly. It is also calm and clean. I did have an issue with my Amex card that was frustrating knowing that it should’ve worked, but I know that happens sometimes. The cost was as expected. I do wish they would update their price list to include all the things they offer on the wellness menu in their website. Some are missing, but prices are listed in the wellness area. I would recommend for infusions/intramuscular injections as appointments have been easy and I believe the cost is on average a bit less.

Today was the most unorganized visit I have ever encountered at Rapid Med. From having to call to see if the medication was in (no notice), to the 50 minute wait in the waiting room. The waiting room turned over 3 times while I waited. And yes, I had an appt. The scattered demeanor of the person getting my medication (no BP check) (no weight check) This is not the norm for this facility

I always enjoy my visits to Rapid Med! The staff is so friendly and eager to answer questions. I had a bit of a wait, which is unusual, but the nurse explained that she’s training others and they’re a bit short staffed. As a nurse as well, I certainly understand that!
