Scheduled an online appt. Was in and out in  and RX filled in 45 minutes.

I had been feeling progressively worse all week with a cough and alternating between severe congestion and a runny nose. By the time Saturday rolled around, my eyes were affected and this was the last straw. I was able to book an online appt on Saturday morning and was at the clinic all within an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful and the provider was attentive and knowledgeable. She took the appropriate amount of time to listen to my symptoms but was also very efficient with her time. Overall, although not feeling well, it was a great experience from the medical standpoint. Highly recommend this clinic and provider.

Scheduling and wait time was super easy, which is very important.  I appreciate that.   However there was not much time given to my actually appointment.  I felt a little rushed.  I left with very few answers.   I would come back here again in a bind, otherwise I would go somewhere else next time.

Went in with a sore throat.  They did a covid/flu test never even looked at my throat and then sent me home.  No meds.  Told to hydrate and rest. Didnt need to spend $50 for that.  Waste of time and money.  Would not recommend and first time Ive had that experience.

Appreciate the doctors attention to detail and thoroughness during asking questions in the exam. Would recommend and will be back again when needed.

Always so quick and extremely friendly. You’re in and out and they handle your health concerns and get you feeling better. They are my go to when I need speedy service. They are all truly nice as well.

I had been feeling dizzy. My ears felt plugged. I stopped in the Rapid clinic and asked if they check ears and clean them if they are filled with wax. They said yes.  It was an easy appointment and the cleaning felt great. I will go there again!

This isn’t the first time the doctor has forgotten to send a prescription to the pharmacy. She’s not a terrible doctor, but it’s very inconvenient to wait much longer when you expect it to be ready in 20 minutes. The pharmacy usually tells us it just hasn’t come through yet and to keep waiting. However, we’ve had to ignore that advice and go back to the clinic to tell her she forgot to send it and ask her to do it right then. We even waited 10 minutes to check if it had actually been sent and to get an estimate on when it would be ready, but that should have been the first sign that the doctor hadn’t sent it at all. As a result, we ended up waiting over an hour for the prescription to be ready. We’ve had to go back to the clinic multiple times before to ask her to send it because it was forgotten. Patients shouldn’t have to remind a doctor to send prescriptions every visit. It’s frustrating and shows little consideration for people’s time.

Got an appt within in two hours of my call. Take directly to exam room after arriving.  Staff were friendly and efficient.  Locations well kept and provided easy access to medications.  I’d give the experience a 10 out of 10.

It was a fund appointment, but I have still not received the school note. The pharmacy has not received the prescription. Soooooo that’s bad
