The scheduling was super easy and straightforward. When I came in for my DOT physical, the check in staff walked me through everything and made sure I knew exactly what to do. Every time I visit Redi Care here in Okemos, I am treated really well and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely very helpful. Just came in. They got me in quickly. Listened to what my problem was, although it was kind of obvious. Even went the extra mile to take X-ray of my lungs to make sure it wasn’t pneumonia. Got a shot and sent me on my way to pick up my scripts. I feel much better today… still have a ways to go.
