I had a terrible dry cough with no other side effects. I couldn't sleep for coughing. My body aches and my throat was irritated all due to this dry cough. My wait time was minimal in the lobby and in the back room. The staff was great! I'm feeling much better after getting my prescriptions. I also received additional information on things to do at home to give me some relief.

Everyone was wonderful and super helpful. I came back later in the day with the problem with the pharmacy and the staff and doctor fixed for me right away

I have been to this urgent care numerous times, and Lisa Cordova has the best bedside manner. She listens to her patients; she's compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this provider.

This was the best urgent care appointment I’ve ever had. It was a very short wait, the MA listened and the provider came in clarifying details. I was in and out within 20 minutes feeling they completely heard and addressed my concerns. 100% recommend!

Staff seemed to rush me in and out, bedside manner was terrible

Scheduling was very easy. Check-in was very easy. Did it on the phone a little bit of paperwork for DOT physical. Front desk and nurse was very friendly. Doctor was great friendly very accurate. Very pleasant place.

The bedside manner of the doctor I see today was unacceptable. She made the visit very uncomfortable and basically wanted us Ina about to catch up on their hour behind schedule so jsut said I’ll give you antibiotics and if you need them in a week take them. No testing, in and out in 3 minutes once we were seen after waiting over an hour with an appointment. But the wait was not the problem; the doctor's unfriendliness and lack of any effort to find the problem was worst I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t wait to get out and luckily she made it quick.

It was very easy to make an appointment, especially online right from your phone. I appreciated the reminders, and prompts to check-in. The staff is very kind and caring, they also set expectations which I really appreciated, especially if they seemed to be busy. The staff tries their hardest to get you in and on your day with delivering the highest caliber medical care, by taking detailed histories and really listening to what your ailments are and providing the best medication/solutions to make sure you re "restored" back to health...their namesake!!

First visit and was very impressed with the quality of care I received.  Thank you.
