Took my daughter to this facility last week. 6 days later she was no better. I called to see if the doctor could see her or call in another antibiotic and the receptionist told me she was unable to do anything all day because their system was down. I asked to just speak to the doctor to get something else called in she said no because it had be over a week. I told her it had only been 6 days and my daughter was still very sick and she hung up on me! I called back to try to talk to someone else and a different person answered. I tried telling her the situation and asked to speak to a manager because I was hung up on and mid sentence she put me on hold. Didn’t tell me she was putting me on hold just did it. So I called back, she then immediately put me on hold. And now they won’t answer. My daughter is very sick, they could care less. Do not go here. They should not be in business treating people this way. I will be reporting them to the BBB. We have been here several times in the past few years and always had a good experience, I’m shocked that they would treat people this way. I will never be back and I’m sure that was their intention, I have another appointment scheduled elsewhere.
