The clinical care provided was excellent; however, I scheduled an appointment and was not seen until approximately three hours later. This delay is concerning and should be reviewed, as it is not reasonable to offer scheduled appointment times without the operational capacity to honor them. Addressing this issue would significantly improve patient experience and trust.

Corey was very professional and competent. Wait time was only about 45 minutes. Place was very clean.

After procrastinating, hoping the cold and cough would get better, I became concerned that I was instead getting worse.  Friendly professional staff, both reception and medical, made me comfortable and did a thorough testing and investigation of all of my symptoms, and their diagnosis relieved my mind.  This excellent care far exceeded that which I’ve experienced in other Urgent Care centers.

It is not well-advertised that patients can reserve appts online.

Everyone one was very nice . I didn’t schedule an appointment I just walked in.

Saw me very speedily, let me know what they were doing and things to look for with burns. They were very empathetic of the pain and were quick to get me cream for it.

Aside from the expectation to sign my name to a document sight unseen and the time to register via the iPad versus verbal the visit was good. The doctor was friendly. And the time to be seen was quick.

Every time I come to this Roper it is the LONGEST wait time. I was there for 2.5+ hours waiting - for only the doctor to tell me nothing was wrong and prescribe me nothing. For her to mention that we need to be wearing a mask on Thanksgiving was a slap in the face, and then told me to come back if symptoms worsen. I will absolutely not be back and frankly deserve my $50 back - as I received no treatment, other than a waste of 3 hours and over the counter medication options… so disappointing.
