The entire visit was great except the wait time. We were called 2 hours after check in but it was because several people checked in sick to be seen.

Pros: Was seen same day without an appointment wait time one hour and a half  tested for c19/flu both negative. Staff very friendly. Prescribed meds for cough. Cons: Sign in system is a time waster and unsafe you have sick people touching screens while standing not sanitary who wants to spend a long time standing entering information on that kiosk thing only to be called to the desk for insurance info anyway!? Needless/stupid. System couldn’t find my new insurance I’d verified was active called ins co before & after visit even called RExpress back after visit to make sure #s entered correctly & they were but Walmart Pharmacy had no trouble with my ins. Frustrating. I was seen by a PA not an actual Dr. Don’t like that although PA was very nice & good at her job but when I need a Dr I need a DOCTOR. Another family came in while I waited baby drooled all over seat left by mother attended by too young of siblings they left said wait time too long I went to the desk to get a sanitary wipe to clean the mess was gone Ben a wipe. Would have been nice if staff would have dealt with that once alerted it was a problem. Wiped the seat thoroughly sanitary wipe was BLACK with filth. I guess Roper doesn’t care about the seats being cleaned. That’s not going to spread germs I guess. The sick room is too small. I got my illness from my boss gave it to my boyfriend who tested positive for flu but not me. Was told by tester 5 seconds each nostril swab. One swab one nostril one second maybe two then repeated with a different swab other nostril definitely neither were 5 seconds each wonder if that’s why I tested negative? I know for a fact that the new takeover for Roper has NOT been good is causing unsatisfactory changes for patients and staff alike has caused a lot of excellent staff to leave which means eventually the care may be on par with TRIDENT systems!?!? God forbid. I want my old Roper back that I trusted my life with that I lived with in the hospital while my former husband passed away and my mother received all her care with. Hopefully this review is read and others are being honest as well. All that being said the prescribed medication is helping which I suppose is most important but that only happens when you trust a provider enough to even go to them in the first place not sure how well Roper is going to continue to keep that status in the area. I would still recommend but now my reason ms for that are slightly different no longer because Roper is the BEST but that it’s the best option for care in our area. Trust that this is a difference for sure.

Dr. Grover was very sympathetic of my needs and has helped to make me feel better.

I didn't schedule an appt. just walked in and the wait wasn't all that long. All the staff was very attentative and very nice. Great examples of how it should be.

They took me in and within a few days I feel better than I have felt in months.  I was only there less than an hours. Thank you thank you for everything your team does.  The staff explained every step I would go through, and very importantly listened to my concerns!

The Roper St Francis Express Care on Ladson Road is Awesome!!!  Friendly staff, Nurse & Doctor were very caring & listen to my condition. I just love the facility!!!

Sat in the lobby for over 2 hrs before I was seen.Not cool.

Cut myself with a wood chisel on my left thumb.  I was able to stop the bleeding at home.  Got right in.  At Urgent care they cleaned my wound and found it was a flap of tissue so they put a liquid bandage on it and some butterfly bandages.  Makes me feel so much better that it will heal faster than if I tried to bandage it myself.  Staff was so nice.

With 2nd degree burns, wait time for triage was VERY long.

I made an appointment and called because i was running 10 minutes late. they told me it was fine and to just check in when i got there. i checked in and they said i was all set but then 2 hours later they told me i was no showed. i had to wait 3 hours to be seen.
