Incredibly long wait and everyone except the doctor and whoever was assisting the nurse were not very friendly (this is common for this location unless a nurse practitioner is involved, they’re unfriendly themselves). Do everything possible to avoid this location but sometimes you just can’t help it.

Excellent care. Dr Grover and staff are great! Wait time is short, compared to other urgent cares. Staff are very helpful with checking in.

There were quite a few patients, so I realized I would have a wait, also I was informed that there would be an hour wait.  Staff was very friendly and understanding of my injury.

Came in with an animal bite and I was addressed immediately with great care.

Woke up with pain in my left shoulder  It’s been bothering me for a few days  I was seen I. A timely manner. Everyone wax friendly and professional.  Got some pain medication and feeling so much better  I particularly like the discharge instructions with exercise  I actually did dome of the exercise this morning.

Was taken back within 7 or 8 minutes and see by PA within 5 minutes.  The providers bedside manner was a 10.

I was seen quickly, the facility was clean and calm, and the front desk staff set the tone right away with genuine friendliness. The nurse was kind and empathetic, which mattered more than she probably realized. I felt listened to and taken seriously. The doctor was excellent. Thoughtful, thorough, and clear. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident in the assessment and plan. From start to finish, the care was professional and well coordinated. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work. I would not hesitate to return or recommend your clinic.

Bad cough and high fever for a couple days. I was able to get in promptly at 8am and was diagnosed very quickly. Team was able to guide me and get me what I needed to start feeling better
