It's very easy to get an appointment online if there are times available. The checking-in is detailed, but not too long. The staff is friendly and courteous. The nurses are kind and caring. The doctors are Profesional, and they explain the problem and procedure for healing well. RSF Express Care is great!!!

I received amazing care!!!!!! I had a serious medical situation, the staff recognized immediately that my situation was very serious. I was put in an exam room, the Doctor and two nurses were working on stabilizing me, they called for an ambulance. When the ambulance arrived they had me stabilized. A very scary situation , but I knew I was in good hands. I can't say enough about the excellent care I always receive there. Excellent front desk, excellent nurses, outstanding DR. . I thank each of you and I appreciate you all. Your all make a great team, you probably saved my life!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Everything went well. The time wasn't bad either. Staff was friendly. They answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend anyone to the Ladson location if they need any help.

Checked in on my phone. No line. Staff was friendly and efficient. Everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. Wait was short. The PA was clear, informative, and easy to talk to. Answered questions without overexplaining. Smooth visit. Would go back.
