Hold My Spot® is an estimated time you will be seen once registration is completed. A patient with a critical condition may be evaluated first. For your convenience, you will receive a reminder text about your visit once you’re in the queue.
Due to high volumes and compliance with CDC guidelines for exam room sanitation, we are experiencing extended wait times. We are working as fast and safely as possible and appreciate your patience.

I was at work, feeling so sick, and I called to see if I could just walk in because I wasn't sure what time I would be able to come from work. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. I walked in and was seen quickly. The nurse that took my vitals was also very kind. APRN Jenna Hull has incredible bedside manner. She calmed my nerves and knew just what I needed to feel better, emotionally, and healthcare wise. She really made my day. I was able to be seen, and get back to work promptly! My prescription was sent over immediately. I highly recommend this facility and it's wonderful staff!

All the staff and doctor were all very nice, personable and helpful. Talking with everyone helps your mood when you’re not feeling well, so it’s always a good experience here. I got the help I needed.

Have have been experiencing terrible headaches on a daily basis. Had visited the eye doctor to see if that was the cause have been to my primary care physician to see if that was the cause have been to the chiropractor to see if that was the cause headache still every day and getting worse by the day Baptist health sent me to the emergency room at the Saint Marys regional clinic because they said there was nothing they could do that would help me and they saw that I needed help. So they forwarded me to where I could get it. I would very much recommend this provider. They treated me with courtesy and experience which is sometimes rare. Thank you very much for taking care of me the way you did

I checked in at 12:39, There were only three people ahead of me. I was taken back around 1:30, at 2:05 I asked how long it would be. The dr came in ten minutes or so later. She said she would call in a prescription. I’ve been waiting since 2:25 at Walmart for the script to be called in. Tried calling, on hold then the recording said they were busy to call back. I went over there. No one in the waiting room, receptionist was talking with other staff. She the dr may have forgotten to call it in. I asked if I should wait, she said no, she would tell her. Back to Walmart. It is now 4pm and no script has been called in. This is totally ridiculous .
