I went in for a hand/wrist injury follow-up due to bad swelling and pain. Samantha Chappell (Nurse Practitioner) was awesome as usual!!! My wrist was never stabilized by the previous person so she stabilized it and worked to get me in quickly for an MRI. She also gave me a shot for the inflammation and prescribed pain meds that actually work! Samantha Chappell is the absolute BEST Practitioner in Russellville and Sherwood Urgent Care would be making a huge mistake if they ever let her go!!!!!

This was quick and easy. I was surprised that only my vitals were checked . ARPN did not listen to heart and lungs and did not check throat or ears, which I thought would be standard with any upper respiratory symptoms. Then after diagnosis offered me a drug she couldn’t pronounce or tell me the side effects of or steroids……. I took the steroids. Other than that, it was a good experience.
