I am a self pay patient and was glad that the fee for the visit was $80.00. The doctor told me to go to the ER because he believed I had a blood clot in my leg and nicely said that he wished that someone told him about because the $ I paid was lost. But I received another bill in the mail to pay $170.00. Billing dept said that facility is like going to the ER. So is there a self pay discount fee for the visit or not? That's a place I will avoid when I have a medical need.

Arrived at the clinic at 7:25pm and left by 7:30pm. Described my symptoms to a nurse who repeated everything word for word, to the provider via telephone. Was informed they could not see me. It appears they screen your condition before attempting to provide "excellent " care. I am extremely disappointed and will call to voice my complaint. It is obvious that the main objective was to do as least as possible!
