First time visit so I asked the lady at the front desk about payment. I asked if it was like going to a hospital vist, since that's a higher Copay or like going to Cares. She said it was like any other Urgent care not like a hospital. Then she charged me as if it was a hospital visit not an offic visit. Very rude.

I wish there was onsite way to check a CBC to back up any swabs. I normally use a different urgent care because they do one every visit standard and it’s a good balance. I have had tests be negative but elevated white count so that is a downside to using you. Will only come when the other place is closed for this reason
