I went for bad back spasms and got absolutely no relief. In fact wosre than ever. I needed steriod or cortisone shots which i brought up after the fact amd was told it qas to late because id recieved some pain medicine shot which did absolutely nothing

Booked an appointment approximately 3 hours before the clinic opened. Upon arrival, when I went to check in it stated my appointment had been cancelled. I tried to re-book and it stated that there were no more booking slots available, that I could join the queue. I registered for the queue and upon checking in the second time, it stated that my new appointment was cancelled. After a THIRD time of joining the queue, everything worked fine and I was now 12th in line. I asked the lady at the front desk for help twice in which she responded  “Gimme just a minute.” She also said the same thing to two other people and neglected to ever follow up with anyone. I was triaged approximately 2 hours after arrival with my follow up being about an hour after that. Once care was initiated, things got better and the man seemed very caring and apologetic. He explained clearly what his diagnosis was and was very thorough with his care. The scheduling and front office staff was a complete disaster and a joke, I do not intend on returning.

This was absolutely the worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I had to wait over five hours to be seen. I sought care for flu like symptoms, and was told they would send in a prescription to my pharmacy, but they did not. I called to inquired about it, and call was transferred and no one answered. I called back and was told that they were busy, and would get back with me. They did not. Today is the next day, and they still haven’t sent in my prescription. They have caused me to miss the 48 hour window.

It would have served me better to have a Doctor vs NP.  NP was unable to write a prescription to even touch my pain level! Thank you!

Best place in Anniston to get seen in a timely manner with good and friendly staff.. The on line registration is the way to go and it puts you in line at what ever time you want.  Would recommend this place!!

Everything went good I had to wait a couple hours but check in went smoothly the staff was amazing and the care was wonderful

Easy scheduling, wait time was terrible, but the medical assistant and doctor on staff were wonderful.

The staff was friendly and professional. Received great medical care. I will definitely use this facility again.
