Southern Immediate Care, Hoover

I needed to  schedule a health screening and was able to get an appointment the same day.  The staff were friendly and were able to get me in and out quickly.  This is not first time going to this office, but I know that I will continue to go back.

I needed a physical for a sport. So I went to  Southern Immediate Care and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I’ve went to other places and it’s taken me hours to get something so simple. It was clean, easy, and the waiting room at comfy seats.

Nurse was very caring very patient took her time the Very Good overal, the staff was excellent,bed side manner on point.

I came in as a walk in. The receptionists were awesome. They were very helpful. The wait time was not even a minute. The care was exceptional. The doctor and staff were the best. I enjoy coming here, and I’m a person that doesn’t like going to hospitals if I really don’t have to.

Super fast! Made the appt on line and was in and out in 20 minutes!

Always have a good, quick experience here! NP Bethany was so kind and helpful. She’s truly one of the best! This is the only urgent care I will always go to and I always recommend them to family/friends.

Very helpful! Did blood test we asked for and also sent in a referral for my daughter to a specialist.
