I’m only giving two stars at this time for the scheduling. They have a new system and I said in my car for an hour and 10 minutes. I finally got out and went back inside to remind him that I was out there. It may be my fault I don’t know. Maybe I didn’t put all the information in right. But I love, Service and I love the people. There’s one of my favorite places to go to get Care. Thank you guys.

I went to Saint Camillus Urgent Care & Family Practice today with swelling , redness , and pain in my eye. All they did was shine a light in my eye and said “you have pink eye and I will prescribe you with some eye drops “ I went home after that . Maybe 3-4 hours later. The irritation got even worse. I was in so much pain and discomfort that I started crying. My mom said that pink eye shouldn’t do this to me , so we went to the eye doctor. Come to find out I had metal in my eye and not pink eye. If I haven’t of went to the eye doctor , it could have gotten even worse and I could of have had permanent damage to my eye.
