Made an appointment for 1:40 pm. Made it at 1:30, registered, waited in lobby then taken in for testing then sent back to wait, 10 min later put in a back room where I waited a total of 3 hours doctor came in, nurses forgot about me I waited for a shot for paperwork for hours and they were NOT busy I had to constantly come out and remind them I was still there! One of the worse visits ever to Urgent care the only reason I stayed is because I felt awful with an infection from having RVS previously and needed to be seen but the care the staff the nurses was not at all helpful this day! Over 3 hours to only spend 5 with Doctor is unreal

Staff was very helpful on the phone, and when I got there.  There is a waiting cue that is nice so you know where you are in line.  There were a lot of patients, so the doctor herself apologized for the wait.  Even though it took awhile they took the test, put me in a room and the doctor gave me my results.  Very nice staff and clean office.

The staff is great and the Doctor is too, she is always helpful and will provide proper quality care that is hard to find in most urgent care / hospitals in contra costa.

My first time in 15+ years in medicine not being examined in any way before a diagnoses was made and medications were prescribed. The provider also wrote down completely wrong notes such as no limitations/profiles but I’m highly contagious flu-A. Provider didn’t even want to hear me speak, she cut me off. Go somewhere else. Provider here is the worst I’ve dealt with.

The doctor was wonderful, a good level of brightness, great personality, just what you need when you’re feeling icky. Just the right manner.

Had a minor wound and was seen by PA. Very thorough and helpful. Online scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appt when I wanted it. Staff was great, recommend this facility for urgent care needs.

Scheduling my appointment was very easy. I was able to start my check-in process ahead of time as well. The staff front and back of the house exceptionally wonderful. They were also so kind so attentive and displayed immense care for their patients and what they do. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. Who’s in need of quality service providers thank you guys for everything you did today.

I needed to find a location that could do a PPD test for my Credentialing in my job. Found stat Med online. I knew the location. I think I brought some there years ago for urgent care service.  Staff or courteous friendly the office is clean. I inquired about what other services are available. Will definitely consider if I need urgent care services tomorrow. Recommend to others.

Scheduling an appt online was easy - was able to get a same day appointment with a doctor

The visit was great felt at home before I could pick up my meds, it was very quick it seemed like breakfast in bed almost.
