The staff is very professional and attentive. I’ve been receiving care at the Dublin location for a few months now, and their whole staff has gone above and beyond to assist me with my treatment. Thank you StatMed Dublin.

Terrible. I dropped documents of mri and x rays off on a Monday. Came in for my schedule visit the following Friday and the doctor hadn’t even reviewed anything. No medication prescribed and I’ve been dealing with this pain for 5 years! I’m Just another statistic in the medical field.

Doctor Edmund and the Nurse were incredibly kind and very good bedside manner. The wait time was a little longer than expected but still was not over 20 minutes. The only real issue I had was with the cleanliness. The waiting room was a bit dirty. I saw a large cockroach run past my feet at the facility and was a bit shocked by that. Other than that it was pretty good experience.

I didn’t go through with the walk in appointment so I can’t really comment on the above questions. They seemed friendly enough and from what I could see, the facility was clean. However, I have been a patient there at urgent care for 20+ years and the idea that I had to fill out all the information again when they have it on file was absurd to me. I get my blood work done by urgent care, a one stop shop, and was told that they could draw my blood but I would have to take it to quest myself. It felt to me that it was an extra step when I can just go directly to Quest. It just makes me wonder what else has changed.
