I came in because of migraine type symptoms.  The receptionist/ma was extremely efficient and friendly.  Before my insurance work was done, i was called back to another waiting room and as i finished my paper work/online.  I was called into the exam room.  The nurse Lourdes was professional and courteous.  She took my vitals and the PA was in examining me as soon as the MA left.  The PA was very considerate and knowledgeable about my symptoms and had me in and out of the office.  The office was super clean and had a ‘cottage feel’ about it.  I highly recommend the office as the best example of an urgent care practice.

I had no trouble making an appointment on the day that I called. Everybody that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. And patient. There was virtually no wait when I arrived.  The doctor was professional, friendly, thorough, explain things clearly, and gave me a sense of what to look for going forward. They set up everything for my getting a prescription. Good God, this is exactly what one would hope for. I don't take this for granted. I'm very grateful
