The front office staff is not very helpful, I went with a cut in my right hand and instead of helping as they were not busy just chatting she asked to complete paperwork and do however I could. The PA inside was ver nice tho but the rest not a good service

I had no issues with any of the staff, all were courteous and professional.  Though there were only 4 people in the waiting room the wait time was too long. It took about 1 & 1/2 hours before I was called in to a room. I spent 2 & 1/2 hours there for a sprained wrist. My X-ray was done very quickly, so I am not sure why I was there so long.

I did not have a good experience. I had an appointment but still had to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes. The nurse was nice who did the strep, Covid, and flu test. The doctor came 20 minutes after the nurse left and only said the strep was negative. She then left and I waited in the room for another 30 minutes. After she came back she handed me my papers and said to use nasal spray. I went in with a sore throat and ear pain, and the doctor never even looked. I don’t believe I should have to pay my copay.

Everything and everyone, starting from the the receptionist to the doctor were professional, patient and helpful. The gentleman who took the ex-ray was rude, impatient and spoke in a demanding tone. He told me four times to remove my earrings, because I didn't take them off fast enough, even though I repeatedly said " I heard you the first time"

The visit was okay but the biggest problem was getting my medication. It was sent to wrong pharmacy and been calling several times and still the problem is not rectified.
